? Original passport with validity at least 6 months from the date of return

? at least 2 empty pages to be available in passport for emigration and immigration stamping

? PAN card for adults

Cancellation Policy & Charges

? Package cannot be cancelled 30 days before departure date

? Processing fee of Rs.1000 + GST per person deducted if cancelled more than 30 days before departure

Refund policy

? 100% No refund 30 days before departure

? INR 48,000 deducted if Air tickets are confirmed and issued 

? INR 12,500 deducted if Umrah visa processed

● Bookings are confirmed only after payments are received by suppliers

● Shared transport may involve waiting during pickup from airports or hotels

● For connecting flights there may or may not be any assistance at layover airports.

● Additional charges applicable for holiday, December and Ramadhan season

● Meals in 5 star hotels will be provided through parcel services unless mentioned otherwise specifically.
